In her role as owner of Shawn’s Hair N More, Beauty & Business Solutions, she combines hands-on service offering healthy haircare services with executive oversight — managing operations, cultivating excellence, training, developing talent, and aligning vision with systems. Her for-profit and nonprofit ventures operate in harmony, reinforcing a shared commitment to integrity, stewardship, and legacy building.

 

A Board-Certified Cosmetology Instructor, Beauty & Business Consultant, Award-Winning Best-Selling Author, and mentor, Tishawna is known for teaching marketing from identity — because confidence comes from clarity, and clarity begins with knowing who you are. She helps leaders clarify their message, strengthen their systems, align their operations, and build with intention so what they create can last.
