I’m Tishawna D. Pritchett—an Executive Development Consultant, licensed cosmetologist and cosmetology instructor, award-winning and best-selling author, speaker, and builder.
For more than three decades, I have developed businesses, strengthened leaders, created programs, and built systems that help people move forward with greater direction, confidence, and capacity.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping leaders develop the capacity to lead what they have been entrusted to build.
WHAT I DO
Through Pritchett Beauty & Business Solutions, LLC, I provide consulting, leadership development, education, speaking, and publishing support for individuals and organizations. I help leaders take an honest look at what they are building, identify where greater structure is needed, strengthen how they communicate, and make wise decisions about their next steps.
My approach is strategic, personal, and practical. I create space for leaders to process what they are carrying and leave with direction, instructions, and resources they can use.
A LIFE OF BUILDING
My leadership was not developed through theory alone. It was shaped through decades of entrepreneurship, service, education, community development, and the daily responsibility of leading people and organizations. I understand what it means to carry vision while managing operations, developing others, serving people well, and protecting the integrity of what God has placed in your hands.
That experience allows me to see beyond the immediate problem. I help leaders examine the people, communication, systems, structure, and stewardship connected to what they are building.

As Founder and CEO, I lead an enterprise that brings together consulting, leadership development, education, speaking, publishing, and The SHOW UP Community Network.
This is where I help individuals and organizations build wisely, communicate clearly, and steward what they have been called to lead with intention, wisdom, and peace of mind.
THE ABLE CENTER
I am the Founder and Executive Director of A Beautiful Lady Exploration Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women on their journey of becoming better mothers, daughters, sisters, wives, neighbors, and friends.
Through literacy, ABLE Conversations, beauty and wellness experiences, professional development, and community care, we create spaces for women to learn, heal, connect, grow, and recognize who God created them to be.

SHAWN’S HAIR N MORE
As a licensed cosmetologist and cosmetology instructor, I have spent decades caring for clients, teaching healthy hair practices, mentoring beauty professionals, and creating an environment where people feel seen, cared for, and empowered.
Shawn’s Hair N More is an important part of my entrepreneurial journey. It is where beauty, education, service, relationships, and ministry have come together throughout the years. For me, beauty has never been limited to outward appearance. It includes how we care for ourselves, how we see ourselves, and how we carry what God has placed within us.

FAITH, FAMILY & LEGACY
My faith is the foundation of how I live, serve, lead, and build. I am a devoted wife, mother of three, and grandmother of eight. My husband, Ron, and I are entrepreneurs who are serious about faith, family, purpose, and the legacy we are building together.
One of the messages we live by is:

We believe in trusting God beyond what we see or feel, stewarding what He places in our hands, and building with the generations coming behind us in mind.

Whether I am advising a leader, teaching a class, serving through The ABLE Center, church, or other community enrichment programs, , caring for a client, developing an author, or speaking to a room, my purpose remains consistent:
To help people recognize what they carry, strengthen their capacity, and SHOW UP on purpose. This work is about more than starting something. It is about building wisely, serving with purpose, and developing the capacity to sustain what you have been called to lead.
